Erika is our Executive Director of Quality Assurance. Erika’s role as Executive Director of Quality Assurance allows her to assess, strategize, and implement the organization’s best Clinical, Operational, and Business practices. Erika’s former personal experience as a Therapist, Clinical Director, Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer, and now her current position has armed her with first-hand knowledge of the interconnected workings of Flyland Recovery Network.
